Holiday Rental Rates

We price each holiday individually to offer every group the best possible value. Much depends on general demand, the time of year you choose and the number of adults and children in your party. See below for our seasonal rental guide.

LOW SEASON – January, February, November, December:       from £950 per week

MID SEASON – March, April, May, June, September, October:   from £1,500 per week

HIGH SEASON – July, August:                                                     from £1,950 per week

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions to the above are Easter, Christmas,
New Year and all other public holidays, when dates and rates may vary.

What is included in the price?

Pretty much everything. Take a look at the detailed list of château equipment.

We believe you should be able to enjoy your holiday with friends and family with no worries about extra costs for electricity, gas, central heating, metered water or logs for the two open fireplaces. We have made sure that the house is child-friendly and we provide cots, a high chair and stair gates free of charge.

What are the facilities at the château?

We sincerely want to share the joy of our magnificent, spacious, well-managed château with as many holidaymakers as possible. To see the range of sitting rooms, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms just have a look at our château facilities.

How to book

When you have looked through our website, including the booking conditions, give us a call on 01932 851508, or email us to check if the dates you want are available and to raise any questions you might have. Early booking for high season dates is essential.

Once your holiday dates and rental price are agreed, you will need to send your deposit to us right away to secure your reservation, as we can only hold the booking for seven days. Your cheque should be made payable to Robert & Nesta Hollis and sent to 5 Latymer Close, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 9ER.

Once we receive your deposit we will write straight back to you, giving you the date when the rental balance is due (usually 8 weeks prior to your holiday). When that arrives we will send you our Welcome Pack which lists everything you need to enjoy your holiday, including directions to the château, details about the keys, information on the house and equipment and local contact addresses/telephone numbers.
