Chateau Holiday Booking Form

Thank you for booking our chateau, we look forward to making sure your holiday will be exceptional. The booking procedure is straighforward, a deposit by cheque, or other means you may have agreed with us, and one form to be completed.

We provide the form in two formats, a .pdf file and a .doc file, which should suit most of our visitors. If you have any problems with either of these, or need a form sent by email or post, please get in touch.

Booking Form .pdf file

This is a very common document format on the web and is ideal for those who prefer to print the form and complete by hand. Almost all PCs have software installed to open, read and print a pdf, they are also able to be opened in most internet browser software. Just complete the form to the best of your ability, final details can be forwarded at a later date if need be. Then post the form and a deposit cheque where required to the address shown on the form.

Should you prefer to complete the form using a keyboard, this is a good option. You may have software installed, typically Microsoft Office. Should you not have suitable facilities, a good free alternative can be downloaded at:

You are welcome to send the completed form as an email attachment, although a deposit will need to be sent separately by post, or paid directly by other means. Please give us a call so we can discuss this.

Your Agreement

Whether you physically sign the form and post it, or send a completed form by email, you are accepting the holiday booking we offered under the terms and conditions attached to the form.
